Privacy Policy:
All information collected on this site is for the sole purpose of assisting in the purchase of our products. Jewelry Studio has no affiliates and does not share any information with any third party.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Jewelry studio does not except returns for a refund. Jewelry purchased from our inventory may be exchanged without a re-stocking fee, within 15 days, towards any piece of jewelry in inventory, special order or custom design. An exchange can also be made for a store credit or a combination of both a new piece of jewelry and a credit.
Jewelry returned to Jewelry Studio for an exchange must have our return authorization, the original sales receipt and packaging. To be accepted for an exchange merchandise must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
Shipping Policy:
Jewelry Studio will ship within the U.S. according to your preferred shipping method. Applicable fees will apply based upon the insured value of the item and shipping method.
Warranties:
Jewelry Studio guarantee's all jewelry purchases in addition to any manufacturers' warranties for issues resulting beyond normal wear. Normal wear is expected and is a responsibility of the purchaser. For warranties to remain valid, jewelry is required to be inspected at a minimum of twice a year. Warranties are not valid if jewelry is serviced by an unauthorized jeweler, if damaged is caused by an accident or due to improper wear.
Our warranties do not include center stones. Jewelry Studio strongly recommends having any high value piece of jewelry appraised for a current replacement value to protect against loss, damage, or theft. Our warranties do not cover damage caused by an accident or improper wear. Normal wear is expected and a responsibility of the purchaser. Warranties are only valid when jewelry is inspected, cleaned and repaired by an authorized jeweler. For a warranty to remain valid, your jewelry must be inspected by an authorized dealer at least twice a year.
